Real Estate Marketing: Follow Up

There’s nothing worse than when you meet someone, get their info, e-mail/call them, and get no response. If this were in a conversational situation, it feels as though that person has their backed turned to you while you’re talking. It’s humiliating and not polite. Now, imagine if the situation were reversed.

You don’t like the feeling you receive when people don’t follow up with you, why should you do the same thing to someone else? It’s unfair and hypocritical. You should always treat people the way you would like to be treated. No matter how busy you are, always follow up.

When you don’t follow up, you don’t know what you’re missing out on. It might be a great referral or someone who can skyrocket your business. It could also be that listing you have been salivating over. You just never know with people these days and who they know.
