Being creative is what gets the client. This is especially true in real estate. You have to be original to get the client’s attention and repetitious to gain their business and follow up to make sure they will loyal clients and refer you to others. That’s a tall order and sounds like a lot of work.
The hard part is coming up with a creative concept to get prospects. It has to be efficient, effective, and fall in the marketing budget. Does that sound about right?
